1. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked in person, via phone, or online (if applicable).
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge.
2. Services & Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Consultations may be required for certain treatments.
- Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before treatments when applicable.
3. Deposits & Payments
- Deposits may be required for certain treatments.
- We accept cash, card, and other payment methods as available.
4. Client Responsibility
- Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
- We are not liable for reactions due to undisclosed conditions.
- If dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
5. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within their validity period.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
6. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items while in the salon.
7. Hygiene & Safety
We maintain high hygiene standards and may refuse service to anyone displaying illness symptoms.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
9. Liability
While we strive for excellence, Irma’s Beauty Maidstone is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction from treatments or products.
